The Internal Control Cadre (ICC), falling under the aegis of the Ministry of Finance, Economic Planning and Development, provides Internal Audit Services to Ministries and Departments in line with the policies, principles, standards and operating procedures set out in the FM Kits Volume 1-Duties and Responsibilities in management of Public Finance and Volume VI-Internal Audit Policy and Operations Manual and Internal Audit Standard Operational Procedure Manual (IASOPM).
