Communiqué on the Guichet Unique
The Guichet Unique is an initiative of the Ministry of Finance, Economic Planning and Development and is operational since August 2020 to assist business enterprises and individuals through the “Plan de Soutien aux Entreprises'' and the “Plan de Relance".
Purpose of the Guichet Unique
- 1. Provide information and assistance on the various schemes available.
- 2. Channel an application for a particular scheme to the appropriate institution.
- 3. Attend to complaints or channel to appropriate institution accordingly.
- 4. Monitor and follow up on progress in respect of the above.
- The following institutions are working in close collaboration with the Guichet Unique for dissemination of schemes:
- Development Bank of Mauritius Ltd
- Investment Support Programme Ltd
- State Investment Corporation Ltd
- SME Equity Fund Ltd
- Bank of Mauritius
- SME Mauritius Ltd
- Economic Development Board
- Mauritius Revenue Authority
